I was feeding the baby when Auburn came out of her bedroom with a zip-up, hooded sweatshirt. She tried to put it on, but met a dead end as both sleeves were inside out. I watched her struggle to stuff a sleeve into itself before I told her there was an easier way.
"Come here and I'll show you".
She brought it to me and I stuck my hand through the out-turned sleeve, grabbed hold of the end and pulled it through until it was right side out. The Life-Seasoned all know that trick, but she was amazed.
As she duplicated the action on the second sleeve, she said, "Wow! You sure are a clever mom!"
She exclaimed the fact like it was a total surprise.
